Etsy not showing when clickin "shop" in menu bar

  • Hello,
    I had a terrible time instaling Etsy. I finally have it in a “page” that I named “shop”. (If I review the page I can get to E
    tsy perfectly. I included “shop” in the main menu ( along with : blog, contact, etc). However, if I click “shop” in the menu, as a customer would do, it only shows an empty page.
    All the other pages seem to work fine.
    My wordpress is not live/ connected to my website yet.

    Please help !

    Hi, did you first follow the instructions?

    Upload the plugin to the ‘/wp-content/plugins/’ directory;
    Give read & write access to tmp folder;
    Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress;
    Get your own Etsy Developer API key (https://www.etsy.com/developers/register);
    Enter your API key in the Etsy Shop Options page;
    Place ‘[etsy-include=your-etsy-shop-name;your-etsy-shop-setion-id]’ in your page or post;
    Viewers will be able to click on your your items.
