Eu Cookie errors in console

Sounds like you’re referring to our Cookies and Consent Banner. It used to be known as the EU Cookie Law Widget.

A few things to check:

1. Are you running the most recent version of Jetpack? If not, please update as soon as possible.
2. Are you properly connected to WordPress.com via Jetpack? If not, please connect.

If those things don’t help, can you share your site’s URL with us here, so we can do some troubleshooting? Thanks!

Yes I am all up to date. I am referring to that banner. I was not using wordpress.com to login but have enabled that.

I still do not find the widget. Also clicking the link you shared showed a screen I did not see. (https://jetpackme.files.wordpress.com/2017/10/jpmodules.png?w=788)

Can you help me find this screen.

Due to GDPR I can’t allow access for anyone without breaking this law. I appreciate this is not helpful and I honestly prefer it had never been invented just like the hundreds of cookie consent taps we all have to do every day.

If Jetpack is installed, you can go to Jetpack > Dashboard, scroll to the bottom and you’ll see that Modules link. Click that and make sure ‘Extra Sidebar Widgets’ is enabled.
