  • I’m experiencing the same problem. Tried with Firefox, Chrome and Edge. The message does not close.

    @sebastianeisele: it seems a jQuery problem probably caused by the theme

    Please try to include
    <script src="https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/2.1.3/jquery.min.js"></script>
    in your header.php (or better via functions.php enqueue) or inform theme author about this incompatibility and let us know.

    @jmbatista: please make sure you are not using a cache system. Then, if the problem is still present, try to disable every plugin. If problem is solved, try to identify which one is causing the issue. If not solved, inform theme author about this incompatibility and let us know.
