    Hey there,

    got the EU VAT number plugin all configured. Using the new checkout blocks here and on the admin I can see the EU VAT number, move it etc…works as expected.

    However the field is not shown on the public checkout page.

    any ideas?

    I understand that you have configured the EU VAT Number extension, however, the EU VAT Number field is not being displayed on the checkout page, is this correct?

    Checking the Cart and Checkout Block compatible extensions list, I can see that the EU VAT Number extension is on the list for compatibility.

    Since this is related to a premium extension, please contact us directly at WooCommerce.com → My Account → Support. You will need to log in with the account used to purchase the extension before you can access that page

    As per the forum guidelines, no support for premium extensions is done here but we will be happy to assist you further from there ??

    PS: I started this topic because the support flow you mentioned is broken at the moment. Hence I’m looking a way to get help here.

    Ah, gotcha – thanks for clarifying!

    Please can you share the steps you take to create a support request, and share where exactly the flow breaks on your end so that we can take a closer look, and see if we are able to reproduce this on our end?

    Also, please can you specify which browser you are using, and if this is an issue on various browsers or only a specific one?

    The link you just mentioned is the one that doesn’t work. I did start another support thread by e-mail. Ones the support flow is back up & running I might be able to ask my actual support case being the EU VAT number not showing up. So, In order to get support I first need to help to fix the support of the support…

    Can you please provide further details about the issue you’re experiencing here?

    I accessed this link WooCommerce.com → My Account → Support, then clicked Help with my Account and this is what I’m seeing on my end:

    Meanwhile, can you please try to clear your browser’s cache or try another browser or in incognito mode and see if that works?

    That is good to hear. Can you please share with us the Ticket # you received via email after submitting a support request for us to check this further?
