• Hi,

    In our emails (invoice/ confirmation etc.) the ‘€’ sign is changed in a ‘?’

    Strange thing, when I’ve a look with ’email tester’ plugin I see as normal the ‘€’ sign.

    Not sure, but looks like this is happen after automatically update of WordPress to version 4.5.3
    On my webshop is see the € sign normally.

    Anyone the same problem or an solution?

    It is possible that the font being used for your email or by your email client does not support the symbol.

    Have you tried viewing the email in a few different email clients?

    @worksg Check the WooCommerce > System Status.
    Is the “Multibyte String” enabled?
    If not you need to enable it in your server.
