• Hi,
I have set up the SendGrid Mailer in WP Mail SMTP which is used in the email subscriber pluggin. And domain is also authenticated. Mails are also being sent. The problem is the mails are still showing as via sendgrid.net. Also it looks like a spam.

Is there any solution for this. I don’t understand what is causing the issue even after domain authentication is done

    Thanks

    Hello Akhila,

Thanks for sharing your queries with us.

This usually happens when DNS records aren’t added/verified in the SendGrid dashboard.

In your Sendgrid dashboard, can you please check if they are setup correctly? You can refer to this documentation for more information.

Hope this helps you. Let us know if you have any further queries.

    Thank you.

Yes.. I have double checked it.. DNS records are added in my blog’s control panel.

Status in Domain Authentication as well as Single Sender Verification is showing as “Verified” itself in the Sendgrid.

*One more thing I would like to share. That is I’m using gmail for sending mails.

    Thanks
    Akhila
