Even when city is selected it doesn’t apply rate

Hello,

The plugin used to work perfectly, but recently it stopped working and I am not sure what’s the problem.

Even when the city is selected I still get the message :

“There are no shipping options available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need any help.”

Also I can’t change the Shipping Title, I write a different text and save but it always return to the default “Custom Rate” text.
