I added a lightbox optin, a sidebar optin, and an exit-intent optin (all with no customization or graphics – just using the text optins), to a client’s site who was holding a drawing for a FitBit. She only gave me a few days notice about the giveaway, but in those days she gathered over 50 subscribers through the OM optins. The Fitbit was enticing, for sure, but the repeated appearance of the well-designed optins from OptinMonster was credited for the increased registrations.
