    Dear @dadishome – I checked, I can see that you purchased a different plugin, not the AST from us, I also noticed that we answered immediately and we have a long thread with you on our support chat (which works by email as well if we are not online) and that you were pleased with our support and that the issue was not related to our plugin so i am not sure why you need to say these things.

    You are fast to answer bad reviews but you take hours to answer the tchat this is pathetic. For anyone who is reading this, the tchat window I have with them is still open with my questions that are unread but they took jsut two minutes to answer me here.

    I paid for the pro licence and you are not even able to see that in your dahsboard this show how good you are.

    I have the Advanced Shipment Tracking for WooCommerce + Advanced Shipment Tracking Pro installed in my plugin list devolleped by Zorem so you are MISTAKEN again.

    Weird, i can see on the chat that I answered after 7 minutes and we had more then 20 communications on the chat with you since yesterday.. and we are not responsible to Dsers, I have no idea what is this app and you should not leave review for other apps here.
