Event admin time field usability

WP 3.8 but had same issue with 3.7.1 before upgradingThe time field for an event:
– is mandatory but should not be – many events do not have a time
– uses 12h am/pm annotation instead of the date format set in WP.
– defaults to current time and 1h duration. I can not think of any workflow where this is useful. It it must default to something, let it be noon (or even better, a user setting in the settings section).Thanks again for a wonderful plugin.
