    I have the Event Alerts plugin working on my live site.? However, I am having some issues with it.

    I can create alerts no problem, they show up in the list for each user as they should.  Various criteria can be added to the alert to filter the events as it is intended.

    If I send a ‘test’ email from alert page, the email is sent correctly and a list of events appear in the email as you would expect…

    …however, when the email is sent each day (I have a test alert set to daily), the email arrives, but it says that there are no events to list!!

    It is the exact same alert being used when the ‘test’ email is sent so I can only assume it is connected with the cron job process.? Can you please look into this and get back to me as currently all event alerts being sent from the site via the cron job are showing as no events listed.

    I have had issue as an open ticket in your support system for 15 days now with no response! Why does no one ever respond to tickets?

  • Hi Steve,

    First can you tell me if there is a criteria you have set for sending alert, If yes, Can you add the same criteria(filter) in the events page, and check if there are events appearing set to your criteria.

    If this is correctly done, and still a problem, I need to look to some settings.

    In order to do that, i have responded on the ticket, Please respond back, i will try to get this resolved.

    Hi Priya

    It has been 28 days since I submitted a ticket on your support system regarding this issue.

    Since then I have had minimal response from you or your team attempting to resolve the issue. The issue still remains and a resolution has not been offered.

    When can I expect some support to solve the problem?
