    Hi, I have Events Calendar installed and I am using the Spectra theme. I have checked off “Activate Block Editor for Events” in Events –> Settings, but none of the event blocks are showing (except for events list).

    Please help!

    Thanks for reaching out. Let me help you with this one.

    To confirm, when you say “checked off”, is the option checked or unchecked? If it’s checked, then the blocks for the events should appear.

    If it doesn’t show even if the option is checked, then there might be a plugin/theme conflict. To prevent any issues from arising, it would be great if you could conduct a conflict test on a Staging Server to get to the root of the problem.

    The option is checked.

    Conducted the conflict test, and the event blocks are still not showing up. Just want to confirm that this is part of the free plugin, right?

    Hi @heidigay,

    Yes, the Activate Block Editor for Events option is a part of the free plugin. When it is checked, it enables the Block Editor for your event edit screen.

    Can you try temporarily switching to the default theme (e.g., Twenty Twenty) and see if the issue still exists?

    To assist you better, could you please provide some screenshots of the issue?

    Yes I switched to the default theme as part of the conflict testing. I’ll post some screenshots when I get a chance.

    Thanks for your message. To confirm, could you try activating only our plugins and using a basic theme and see if that makes a difference?

    Events Calendar version 6.3.3

    Events Tickets version 5.8.1

    WordPress version 6.4.3

    php version 7.4.33 (Supports 64bit values)

    I tried replicating the issue on my side, but it’s working as expected.

    Could you try manually updating our plugins through FTP, and see if that makes a difference?

    If it doesn’t help, may I know the name of your hosting provider? I want to check if there are related issue about it.
