Event Calendar Display Issue

Hi there,
I really like the look of this event calendar, but unfortunately it is not displaying correctly once I’ve uploaded some events. The clock.png file seems to be displaying at an extraordinary large size, and I cant get more than 1 event per row to display? I assume I need some extra shortcode here? I want the calendar to look exactly like the one in the screen capture.
