Event calendar displays Mon-Sun instead of Sun-Sat

    I’m using the Alex Tingle’s Event Calendar plugin for my site. It does exactly what I want, but the monthly view is Mon-Sun instead of Sun-Sat like we usually use. Is there a way to change this?

    Alternatively, is there another plugin that does the same thing (both monthly view and list events in widgets) that I can use? It doesn’t appear that this plugin is being supported and updated any longer.

  • If you go to your dashboard and into the general settings page, you can set your week to start on Monday. Depending on how this plugin is coded, it may or may not be using this option to decide what day the week starts on. Worth a try.

    That was way too easy! I assumed it was part of the plugin, not part of the general WordPress settings.
