    I wanted to migrate the calendar events, but the migration got stuck and it is never moving a forward. it says 3 migrated and 266 remaining.

    So i canceled the migration, now the status is “Migration is inprogress” and it is in the same status in the last 12 hours.

    Can you help me with the migration?

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Would it be possible for you to set up a staging version of your live site and try to re-do the migration from there? This is to avoid unnecessary issues in your live site while checking this issue further

    Here are the steps to revert and re-do the migration:

    1. Update to the latest versions of The Events Calendar and Events Calendar Pro.
    2. Remove any un-needed draft events and empty the Trash.
    3. Activate only our plugins and use the 2020 theme.
    4. Make sure server-side caching is disabled temporarily while you’re migrating your events.
    5. Install and activate the Code Snippets plugin.
    6. Add this snippet and run it once (be sure it does not stay activated).
    7. Go to Events > Settings > Upgrades and go through the migration process again.

    Please re-do the migration on your staging site.

    Thanks for the response.?

    I need help to get rid of the below error on my events shows “cancellation in progress”, there is no option for me to work on any of the events settings or delete events or anything.

    Memory usage is only 30% and there are no active Chache plug-ins.

    I created a sandbox from the prod instance, the events migration status is the same on the sandbox, it says “cancellation is inprogress” and it is not allowing me to do anything.

    we are really stuck, and this is a production live instance, everything is blocked. we have purchased licenses for both event calendar pro and event tickets plus. and now last one week we are stuck, and i need live support to resolve this issue asap.
