Event Category color

I love this plugin!! After searching and trying out different calendar plugins for days, I finally found your plugin which fits my needs perfectly! Simple to use and does exactly what I need…

However, I seem to be having problem with the event category colors. I was able to assign different colors to different categories. On the main calendar, event categories colors were shown on the bottom below the calendar. As I understand it, the individual events inside the calendar should be listed in the color of the category that the event belongs to. Am I correct about this? All events seem to be listed all in black right now. Could you share some insights on this? Thanks!
