Event Category Select

    Hello, on the post event page, the event category defaults if not selected to the top alphabetical category. How do I force a selection of a category instead? Thanks!

    You can use this filter event_manager_dropdown_selection_event_listing_category

    This is the central filter for all the places dropdown event listing or submit event page.

    The event submission form already has the category and type fields with dropdown.

    They do not direct to a proper category page for that category. I have it handled using a custom taxonomy list plugin. Thanks.
