    at Events > Settings > General > General Options > Enable categories =Yes

    There is no “Enable Categories” option in the screen you described.

    are you using WP Multisite? should be located in your main blog.

    Rather than asking for an email address (support is not offered that way) why not just host the screen capture on your site and post the link that way?
