Event data not showing

One of WP Event support techs made changes to my site to resolve an issue editing event tickets through Woocommerce; it appears that whatever was changed has caused event data and theme layout options under edit event and add event to disapear. The events still show in the calendar but the above problems remain. I’ve attempted reinstalling WP Event Manager and the add-ons I’m using (the ticket was originally opened to resolve a problem I was having with the sell-tickets) but the problem is persisting. The tech has yet to reply to my requests for assistance. Any guidance anyone can provide would be welcome
