    Hi all,
    This plugins seems great but…
I followed the doc step by step and I can’t save any event date.
Each time I click on “add to calendar”, the date shows in the calendar without hours.
There is only ” (0) [Public]” and the date does not show in Event Date/Time
I have no “special” extension, and I’m using 24h date format.
I tried to use am/pm but it’s not working too.

    Please help ??

    Many thanks

    Hello @swyd,

If the subevents are not showing under Event Date/Time, there may be a plugin incompatibility with OpenTickets.

One of the current plug in incompatibilities we are aware of is recent versions of Yoast SEO (version 9.3 and higher) are preventing the Java script from running to show the subevents. The subevents will appear when the plug in is deactivated. Once edits are saved for your event, you can reactivate the plug in and everything will still work as it should.

Hope this helps! If you are still having issues with it, please reach out at [email protected] and we’ll be happy to help!

    Thank you,
    OpenTickets Support

    Hi,
    Indeed, Yoast is incompatible.
Once deactivated, all is working !
Any chance this will be corrected ?

    Thanks !
