Event Date Format on Order Received Checkout form

Hi – I’m trying to figure out if a date formatting problem on the completed registration checkout page is coming from your plugin or from WooCommerce. Date and time appear in the correct format on the checkout page, but reverts to Y-m-d H:i:s on the completed order page, as well as in the order emails. Thanks in advance.
