Event Detail Drop-down Blank in Chrome & IE

oh, and if I can’t get that fixed, I would be eager to hear if there is a setting that will “cut-off” that dynamic feature and make those event titles in widgets just link to the event pages directly. this would cut out the issue too, though sadly also lessen the impact of this great software.

I think I have this – I was using the widget creator to use JS code within site instead of using the widget. it was just so cool when I tried it out that I was hoping it could work. so for now I have changed that out. when you do use JS code instead of widget, the event details appear as drop down box on same screen rather than sending you to details of event. but this drop down box is blank in Chrome and IE for some reason – must be the instability the widget creator page notes state. if you have any ideas as to how to make it all work though, do let me know. I would like to use the drop down feature if it is stable on all current browsers.
