You can resize titles on single event pages using css:

.single-ai1ec_event .entry-title
{
	font-size: 30px;
}

or “When”:

.single-ai1ec_event .ai1ec-time
{
	font-size: 15px;
}

Since I do not have any access to your site, I guess: wp-content/themes/yourtheme -> style.css, just add the code that I sent in that file.

Title font size depends on your wp theme, I see that you are using Avada theme, you should have an option in the theme settings where you can resize titles.
