Event doesn't display date/location

Hello,
Really great plugin, but the date and location do not display on the actual event when opened. Is there a way to make it show the event date and location when the event is opened?
It also shows “posted in” (like categories, when there are none in the event view)is there a way to remove this?
I will also like to hide the event posted date if possible. Thanks, see the link below for the events.
