Event: Failed Login non user

  • So I keep getting:

Event: Failed Login
Website: xxx
IP Address: 178.128.184.72
Reverse IP: 178.128.184.72
Date/Time: June 11, 2019 1:36 am

Message: User authentication failed: admin_xyz

    when admin_xyz no longer exists?

    This is normal behavior as even though the admin user may not exist, it is still a failed login attempt and useful in threat analysis. You can disable this through the Settings – Alerts menu:

      -Receive email alerts for failed login attempts (you may receive tons of emails)

    Thanks.. I want to see any others not just this one and didn’t know if it was able to be added to an ignore list
