Event Listing widget time off by 2 hours

I apologize for the delayed response. I am working with a client on this and they just notified me that it was still an issue and would like to look further so I am re-opening.

The widget is showing the time off by several hours. I have checked the settings in the plugin for using the sitewide time, checked the wordpress settings for correct timezone settings and checked the event and they are all correct. It is just the widget that is hours off. Please advise. The event-schedule-details in the listing are showing correct time. But the tribe-event-duration (start time, end time) are not.

In the link, if you scroll down to the widget in the sidebar, it is showing the time as 12-4. If you check the actual listing, it is 8-12 which is correct.
