Event location problem with 5.5 upgrade

Hi Martha,

If you disable all other plugins and switch to the default theme, does that fix either of the problems?

I just tried it but it doesn’t seem to have helped.

we are aware of this issue and should get fixed soon; however, just to confirm this is working fine on your previous EM version with the same theme and plugins?

Thanks very much for the locations fix. It’s running fine. Unfortunately, my categories are still not working. I can’t search for events by category at all. Any suggestions?

What do you have set under Events > Settings > Pages > Search > Event Categories > Categories page – and is that the same as https://wgrl.net/events/categories/ ?

When I go to that link above, I get a page error. I think that’s the problem. You need to create a page to be at the link above, and then set that page under Events > Settings > Pages > Search > Event Categories > Categories page.
