Event Location Updating

  • 1. when editing an exisiting event, the Location dropdown reverts to the default or first selection.
    2. the location fields were activated after the events were created. All events with pre-selected locations have empty location fields. These fields are populated but only after the location is selected again from the dropdown and the event is updated.

    Is there a way to loop through all existing events and update so that the already selected location is saved in the dropdown and ultimately the location fields are populated. Would like a way to do this without having to updated a lot of already entered events.

    Trying to be clear on what’s going on. The location dropdown should always display the default, and have a note indicating the current location.

    If you turn on location fields after having saved locations, all the details from the previously saved location should be visible.

    Is that *not* the experience you’re having? I’m not sure how you would end up having saved a location but not have the data in the event.
