    I reported this problem in December, it’s now March, and tech “support” has done NOTHING to actually solve the problem. All I’ve gotten is: “we’ve never encountered this problem before”…”we can’t recreate the problem on our test servers”.

    What’s the problem? It’s a script in EventPrime that slows down the process and we get 502 Bad Gateway, and 504 Server Time Out errors. I even had my hosting company trace the problem and they identified the problem….this is the exact script that’s causing the problem

    After waiting all this time, it finally dawned on me that, maybe, there was something corrupted in my initial install. So I created a new site, with a fresh install of WP, and a fresh install of EventPrime, all of which took hours and hours to fully recreate the calendar. It all seemed to be working, I thought I’d found a solution…but…it just reverted to the same behavior, the site won’t load. It worked for about 24 hours, and now it’s shit again.

    Don’t be enticed, as I was, by the incredible list of features and options. If the core plugin doesn’t work, it’s all smoke and mirrors. Just to show you how maddening this is, my staging site, which is calendar3.boquete.app is working, as of 30 minutes ago. The sites are identical except for uploading images, adding a band, and cleaning up map coordinated that were scrambled when I recreated the site.

    I have tried deactivating every other plugin to no avail, it’s only when I deactivate EventPrime that the site loads, but with no content of course.

    Desperate times call for desperate measures… I asked a friend to comment out the offending line of code and it worked. For 3 months tech “support” did nothing…they could have tried this, or could have suggested it…nada…what a clear demonstration of complete and total incompetence.

    I don’t have the heart to start over with another calendar, I’ve got too much invested, so I am going to continue using it. But I would never recommend it.

    Our dev team is working on the major version release of the EventPrime and we are adding many new features to it.

    We are also introducing new design elements in this upcoming release.
