Event Purchase not save CURRENCY parameter

  • Hello, i need to insert an event on my site that trigger Facebook pixel event Purchase when the page si visited.
    I have enabled advanced data and insert the parameter VALUE for purchase.
    If i select CURRENCY (euro) and save, the event save not take it and when edit the event the currency parameter is null. Facebook say me that i am not passing parameter currency.
    Can you check why on save not take it?

    Hi,

    sorry for the delay with my response here!

    I tried to replicate the issue, but I can create a generic “Purchase” event from “Conversions/Events” tab, triggered from a page visit, with adding “value” and “currency” parameters, and they are properly fired with the event, as I see from the Pixel Helper.

    Could you please share some screenshots of the event you are trying to add? It would be enough have the screenshot of the form filled and also if possible the URL where you want to fire that event.
