Event Registration and Billing

Hey guys. I know a lot of people have posted on here about event registration but I am looking for a way to have someone register for a summer wrestling camp and then bill them for the registration online. I would prefer to use Google Check Out for this. I was thinking a way to do this would be to use a simple form to collect their information such as name, address, etc. and then have an auto responder send them a reply with the billing info and our camper info packet. They could choose to print the info or they could follow a link to Google checkout and pay there.
The thing is that I need a release returned to the camp director. They can bring this to the on site registration but if I can get them that PDF at the same time it would be great
I searched through the plug ins and I know there are some great ones there but I cant find any that allow me to get them that form sent back to them.
