Event registration plugin with profile

Hello

I’m doing a website for the youth of a church. We have a lot of events where our youth has to register. Right now we are using google docs. So they have to type in their personal information for every event/registration.

So I was thinking maybe there is a plugin that creates a profile for everyone and maybe like a back-end where people can login and manage all events they wanna attend.

Does anybody know of something like this? So far I couldn’t find anything. Just event-plugins with normal forms.
