    As I try to complete the configure organization step, it returns a blank screen with the various tasks listed horizontally. Behind that, the following text appears:

    You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ‘SET organization='<name of my organization_street>=’ at line 1

    I am trying to do this in Chrome and am giving up … plug in was working on 3.0 but when I upgraded to 3.0.1, it seems to have broken.

    I think I figured out what I did wrong here. As I was trying to transfer this plugin from a site build on one machine to another, I neglected to start over with an empty set of tables in my site’s database. I went back and dropped the old tables, and then deleted and reinstalled the plugin. All seems to be working fine now.
