    Hi When a user registers for an event he does not receive a confirmation email and the website administrator also does not receive a submission notification email

    Please open a support ticket for the paid addons. The support on Org is limited for Core Plugin.

    I am having the same problem as you. You are lucky if you get support. I will not receive support if I issue a ticket for this bug.
    Is this plug-in defective?

    You solved it, please tell me how you solved it.

    The only thing that makes this problem annoying is that I may receive a notification email only once at the beginning. It may be influenced by the environment.

    Looking at this forum, several others are asking the same question.
    I have another Ultimate Member installed, but I get a notification email from it.

    the option set in the settings
    – Enable Attendee email notification
    – Enable Organizer email notification

    Notifications have arrived for the Attendee.
    I was able to receive support.
    Assigning the details of the organizer solved the problem.
    All my problems have been solved.
