    Hey,

Great plugin but I have run into a conflict and its definitely being caused by the Event rocket plugin.

This is how you replicate it:

#1. Enable any theme, e.g. Twentyfourteen
#2. Install/enable events calendar and events calendar pro
    #3. Install/enable Event rocket
    #4. Install/enable tablepress plugin – https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/tablepress/

Create a new post or page and click on the tinymce tablepress icon… that results in two errors – it varies from install to install it seems, but one of them definitely crops up:

In this one in throws an error in the console and the tablepress popup does not function correctly.

In this one, it does not throw a console error but outputs a fatal error code in the popup itself.

Disabling Event rocket resolves the issue and the tablepress tinymce icon/popup works fine…

    ==================================

You may be thinking that you cannot support the plugin for compatibility with 3rd party plugins… with that said, Tablepress is a very popular free plugin and I can see a lot of people using Event rocket and tablepress at the same time.

Hoping you can replicate the error and put together a fix.

    Thanks.

    Update to the above.

Event rocket also breaks the ‘export a table’ feature in tablepress. Turn off event rocket and the issue resolves itself…

Thanks for the steps to replicate – I’ll take a look as soon as I get a chance ??

(This may relate to an already-known issue but I’ll check it out in more detail a little later in the week.)

Thanks Barry. Hoping I can keep using your plugin. It seems insane to me that the GPS coordinates functionality/settings are not part of event calendars core.

    Thanks!

It seems insane to me that the GPS coordinates functionality/settings are not part of event calendars core.

Some parts of this have recently been absorbed into core (the ability to use coordinate-based positioning for single event and venue maps, which was previously only used in PRO’s map view) though it’s true that, without the actual UI Event Rocket provides, you may not see the benefit if you are using core by itself.

Remember though you can always post feedback over on https://tribe.uservoice.com and let the team know what you want to see ??
