Event snippet to thank you page

I’m preparing to do google shopping ads, and need to add these two tags, downloaded from my google ads account:
– global site tag: to be added to every page
– event snippet: to be added to the thanks page
I think I can add the global site tag to the headers part of the “insert headers and footers” plugin, correct?
Can I also add the event snippet using this plugin? If so, how do I specify that it’s to go onto the thank you page? Woocommerce doesn’t have a thank you page as such, so I don’t know the URL for this.
