    Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us. Could you please share a screenshot of the schema type settings so we can check it?

    Hi,

Thank you for sharing this. We have checked the shared screenshot and noticed that you have entered a future date in the columns ‘Previous Start Date,’ ‘Start Date,’ and ‘End Date.’

As a result, when checking with Rich Results or other tools an error is appearing. Kindly ensure that the dates are entered correctly, previous dates should not be set as future dates.

Please update the dates accordingly and check again.

startdate and enddate still do not show after removing the previousdate.

    Hi,

We have checked on our end by recreating this issue and found no problems. You can refer to this screenshot.

It seems there is a plugin conflict on your end causing this issue. Kindly check for conflicts, fill in all columns in the event schema, save it and give it another try.
