Event Submission Form error

Hi – new here and wonder if someone can help.
I’ve added the event submission form to a page but when trying to add an event, it comes up with an error which says “A valid email is required.”
That’s fine – but there is no field in which to add an email – nor can I add an image. The field is missing.
Can someone please advise me how to fix this? I don’t know much so as simply as possible please!
