Event Tab is missing from the dashboard and calendar

    I am new to WordPress and our our organization’s website, but I could not find the resolution to my problem in the forums.

    The upcoming events link on our website does not lead to the calendar, like it used to, and the Event tab is missing entirely from the dashboard. I know it was working in January, the last time I added events to the calendar.
    We are currently using WordPress 4.7.3 running Kallyas theme.
