Event Ticket not redirected on PayPal page

Do you have a security plugin installed? We had a similar report, and an iThemes Security setting was causing something similar.

I don’t have confirmation what setting exactly but my hunch is one (or both) of these two:
Go to Security > Settings. Open the ‘System Tweaks’ box.
‘Suspicious Query Strings’ and ‘Long URL Strings’.

Please check and let us know.

I have noticed that the URL was very long when trying to connect the PayPal, i would appreciate if you can use the below credentials and found where is the problem not to connect with the PayPal

The above URL was generated when i click to BUY NOW on tickets

That is indeed strange. I see that you are using the Avada theme which includes its own templates for our plugins. Are you able to reproduce this if you temporarily switch to the Twenty Seventeen theme, disable all other plugins (other than the events/tickets plugins) and clear any caches?

Its more than a week and i am looking for the quick response, can you please provide me the solution, now we have 2 domains, 1 is with Avada and 1 is with 2017 as per the suggestion with all the plugins disabled but the result is same

Sorry for the delay on this.

I am assuming that you are using a PHP version with Suhosin patch (i.e 5.6.40).

I will suggest you to check your PHP info and see if the “suhosin.get.max_value_length” is set for 512.

This controls the length of the URL that can be handled by your server which in our case is near to 800.

I will suggest you to update this value to at least 1000 from the PHP.ini config or contact your hosting provider to do so.
