    Hi @gobindaa,

    I’m sorry to hear that you’re having this issue. Let me help you with this one.

    Please note that the extension only supports only the classic editor.

    To assist you better, could you provide additional details on what particular area of the extension is not working?

    Moreover, it’s possible that there’s a conflict between one of your plugins/themes. To check this, would you be able to run a conflict test? I recommend doing this on a staging version of your website. Additionally, please ensure that you have the most recent version of the plugin installed.

    Please note that if you’re done setting up the extension according to the instructions on the page, you can see the option when editing a ticket – https://share.zight.com/jku8Qx8r. Also note that the extension can only work with the premium version of Event Tickets.
