Event Tickets CSV Report Still Not Working

I am experiencing a problem with the Event Tickets plugin. When I am on the Attendees page and click “Export” it simply opens a new page over and over. Never loads a report, never gives the option to download an actual file, never offers a “save as” option. Export button simply opens a new attendee page over and over.
I have already tried to be in touch about this on a previous thread and was sent an email that said,
“Upon checking, the issue should now be resolved. Please update your plugins to the latest versions to apply the fix.” BUT I am already using the latest plugin version, and clearly the issue is NOT resolved as I tried to Export again this morning to no avail.I need to be able to download the CSV in order to manage attendees.
I have not paid for the Premium version yet — is the Export version only available with the paid version?
