Event Tickets Plus duplicate tickets for some sales

I am selling tickets for an event using Event Tickets Plus which is connected to stripe for payments. For some ticket sales it registers more than one ticket to a single sale but not every time.

e.g. I sold 7 tickets and it registered 14. Each person had two tickets registered to them.

Another sale was 2 ticket sales and it registered 4.

This doesn’t happen for every sale.

I have the stock handling set to only decrease when the payment is labelled as completed.

The attendees on the summary of all events is showing the figure including the duplicates. The items also shows this figure.

The total tickets section & overview when opening the event is however correct number for sales.

The issue is that the stock reduces based on the items so I have to identify if this has happened and then increase the stock by that amount. I know how many sales were made by how much money has ended up in the stripe account.

Any help would be really appreciated.
