Event Ticks Add/Subtract Tickets Not Working

    Hello!

    I’m having issues with adding/subtracting tickets for events to then move forward with purchasing. The ticket setup seems to be successful, and all proper functions display on the test event. But, I can’t actually add or subtract any tickets to complete my purchase. In previous forum topics, it was advised that we had to be connected to the payment system for that to work. We have completed PayPal integration and authentication. Still no luck.

    I’ve gone through all the setup steps and searched the troubleshooting and forum topics related to my issue with no luck in resolution.

    Any guidance is much appreciated!

  • Hi there,

    Looking at your site, I don’t see any of the expected javascript files being loaded that would control the tickets interactions. I do see that you have an “Amp” plugin running, that may be condensing the javascript.

    I would see if you can disable this on the event/ticket pages and get the scripts to load correctly. This could also be due to other caching plugins too. See if there are settings in whatever plugin you are using to control which pages/post-types/etc will have things cached or condensed.

    T H A N K Y O U!!! This really did the trick. We de-activated the AMP plugin and the scripts are properly working. I so appreciate it!
