Event times out of phase by 8:00 hrs

    I have installed Simple Calendar for Google calendar in accordance with all instructions. The events in Google calendar are transfered properly except that the event times are 8hrs out of phase and I am in GMT -8:00. So for some reason the correct itme is not translated.

    I use Mac OS latest version and Safari.

    I have uninstalled all the plugins except Simple Calendar and the error persisits. Some of the advice in the forums indicated that I should clear the cache associated with google calendar but asside form clearing the Safari cache I have no idea how to clear any cache associated with Google calendar and Simple Calendar. If this isn’t the way to solve the probelm please suggest alternate strategies.

    Just a quick update. Cleaning the plugin cache in the WP editor does not solve the problem. Are there other caches?

    I found the problem, it was in my site general settings. I forgot to hit save when setting the time zone.
