  • In admin Settings -> Events
    click the tab Formatting
    click Events (it will expand).
    scroll down to
    Single Event Page
you could add this to show the event title…
    <span style="font-size: 12pt;font-weight:bold;">#_EVENTNAME</span><br>

    But…
Previously, when I had been viewing your pages looking for errors…
I am almost positive that your event titles had been showing.
And the same for your individual Location page…
Both type pages now seem to lack the “Title”
    Maybe I am wrong.

Have you changed something that they now disappeared ?

You never mentioned, in the maps problem that it appears you are still having..
That you have tested a default WordPress theme (Twenty Seventeen, Twenty Sixteen etc…)
If you haven’t please do so.. for both of these issues.. I tried to look up your theme.. it’s Pro.. but not really sure what that is.. if it is the one that is a “site builder” … please test this problem and the map one with a default theme.

Not part of support, just some dude.
    R.

Hi Robswaimea. The titles work now. thanks. Still have issue with the Map not displaying. I disabled all plugins and used 2017 theme, still the issue.

Have worked through all the steps in the guide below, including the troubleshooting tips?

As for the google maps issue, I think I have Caimin, but I may be wrong…

    Are maps displaying in admin?

    Thread Starter michaellanfield

    (@michaellanfield)

I am not sure how to check if they are? Where in admin do I go?

When you try to add a map to an event on the Add / Edit Event page are you able to do it?

    Thread Starter michaellanfield

    (@michaellanfield)

maybe I have to add in *. /* to my url. I will try that and also add an event and see what happens.

    (@michaellanfield)

so it seems like I missed the . in front of *.thosecrazyvegans.net/*
I have to wait 5 minutes and will test it.

It seems to have done the job when I create a new event. But as for the events that were already imputed by my friend, the maps do not display.

Can you try re-saving one of the events to see if that fixes it?

    Thread Starter michaellanfield

    (@michaellanfield)

That did not solve it. I even edited one of the events and still nothing.

It actually works if I remove all of the location information and re-enter it all in and update the event. But why? Do I have to do this for all of the events? There are so many my friend just inputted. ?? Thank you for the help, I just wish there was an easy way to update them.

Might be a cache issue on Bluehost, or the Cloudfare DNS services you are using.
You don’t look like you are using any of the WordPress cache plugins…

Don’t know if this will help… but a little search on Bluehost Cacheing…
don’t know when this article was written..
    https://knowledgebase.angiemakes.com/how-to-clear-and-turn-off-server-cache-on-bluehost/

This article on Cloudfare and Bluehost can give you an idea about what to look for with cacheing options

    Good luck.
