    There is only the choice “Show only free/busy schedule” when I make my calendar public on Google Calendar. If I were to share with only people in my organization I have the choice of unchecking but not everyone on my site is in my organization. Sharing settings therefore no one can see the name of the even on the calendar even when i go in and also share with specific email addresses in Calendar. I notice that Google just updated their calendar so am assuming they disabled this for public. Does anyone have information about this because, as we all know, Google support is virtually nil.I will be lucky if I hear back from them by 2020.

    In order to get the plugin to work fully you will have to leave the free/busy schedule option unchecked. The calendar needs to be fully public in order to work at 100%.

    Hope that helps.

    I am going to assume this has been resolved since there hasn’t been a follow up. If you need any further help please let us know.

    Thanks!

    I’m having this same issue.

    @jordanetal,

    If you are having the same problem then the answer above is the solution still. You cannot have a private calendar and this includes not having the option for free/busy information checked.

    Issue is solved by changing Admin settings in Google Apps (different default settings than an individual user account.)
