I am a new user using the Free Version, the cache duration is 1 Day.
Is there a specific time that the cache refreshes within that 24 hour period?

I added an event yesterday afternoon and it hasn’t shown up on my website yet. Am I just being impatient?

Any additional insight you can provide regarding the Cache would be appreciated.

    Hi thanks for your question.

There is no specific time the cache clears, it clears 24 hours after it was created.

    The cache uses WP transients.

If you are impatient you can install a transient manager plugin and clear all transient containing wfea.

    This plugin works well https://en-gb.www.ads-software.com/plugins/transients-manager/

Thanks for the information on how the cache works and the transients manager plugin.

It ended up that my client never published the event on Eventbrite, it was in Draft status, so it would have never shown up no matter if the cache was updated or not. So I published the event, cleared the Transients and everything is working as expected.

    Thanks again.

Yes, that is actually a common issue, not publishing the event.

    Glad you got it sorted.
