Eventbrite Description only imports first line

    Hi fantastic plugin and i thank you for all your hard work, we notice over the last year that when importing eventbrite events everything imports fine apart from the description, only the first line of the description is pulled in. I have tried this on 5 different websites and different servers and the only issue is the description is there anything I can do to resolved this?

    For issue in importing a description of Eventbrite event, Can you please let us know more details like a link of your website or event link from Eventbrite? Many of our customers using the plugin without any issue. Either there is some HTML issue so it’s not displaying or any customization done in the plugin?

    Ok it seems as though it’s working now, si I assume if the event has bold formatting then it doesn’t import the full text, is there anyway around this?

    Is there a way to handle events that have bold text, as it seems to stop the import of the text if the page contains bold text (mainly at the beginning of the description
