Events Attendees Email – not sending

    Dear events calendar,

    We are having an issue with the emailing of the attendees list.

    Is this a known error?

    We have already moved the website to our staging (ruling out email/server issues)
    Used a SMTP plugin (which is sending test emails, but not resolving the issue)
    And disabled all plugins, except for the events calendar and elementor.

    Any idea how we can fix this?

    We are on php 7.4
    Events ticket plugin 5.9.1.1.
    The Events Calendar 6.4.0.
    Elementor 3.21.4
    Elementor Pro 3.21.2
    Theme: Hello Elementor 3.0.1

    We have an internal ticket GTRIA-1256 to address this issue, and I’ve included your specific use case in it to communicate it to our team.

    We prioritize bugs by taking into consideration the number of users impacted, as well as how the bug impacts one’s ability to run an event/sell tickets. I don’t have a specific timeline as to when this issue will be resolved, but trust that our team is aware. Our team communicates updates and bug fixes in our newsletter and via our changelog.
